P G Technical Services utilises Hurco Machine tools to manufacture customer parts. The Hurco VM1, 3 axis milling machines (Table 762 x 406 mm) with 3D Mould capability, DXF files transfer, Rigid Tapping, UltiPocket and Converstional Programming, minimises part programming and production time. We also utilise Sprutcam CAD/CAM software for high speed machining and complex part programming from solid models.

Our HURCO TM6i CNC Turning Centre with its 12 station tool turret, 152mm chuck with 45mm through bore and 6000rpm spindle speed enables us to make parts with a maximum diameter of 316 and a maximum turned length of 340mm.
