"LITTLE GRANSDEN, a parish in the hundred
of LONGSTOW, county of CAMBRIDGE, 3 miles (S. W.)
from Caxton, containing 261 inhabitants. The living
is a rectory, in the peculiar jurisdiction and patronage
of the Bishop of Ely, rated in the king's books at
£ 18. 15. 2. The church is dedicated to St. Peter and
St. Paul. There is a small school supported by annual
donations."
