MEMORANDUM

Mr. Henry Watson, late of Thorparch, in the
county of York, retired Farmer, deceased, who was
a native of Seaton Ross in the same county,
by his Will, dated the 20th Feb. 1873 gave and be-
queathed the sum of £150, duty free, to the Min-
ister; Churchwarden, Guardian and Overseers of
The Parish of Seaton-Ross aforesaid, to be interested
and the interesst thereof to be distributed about Christ-
mas time yearly and perpetually to the Poor of
the said Parish by the Minister; Churchwarden,
Guardian and Overseers for the time being.
 
The above sum of £150 has be invest-
ed in the purchase of £163.9.9 consolida-
ted £3 per cent Annuities, which has been trans-
ferred into the name of "The Official Trustees
of Charitable Funds." pursuant to the pro-
visions of "The Charitable Trusts Amend-
ment Act, 1855"
