It includes the hamlet of Harlington. The living is a rectory in the diocese of York, of the value of £570, in the patronage of the Chapter of the Collegiate Church of Southwell. The church is dedicated to St. Peter. It is in the perpendicular style of architecture, and contains a richly carved monument with effigies of Percival Cresacre, and other monuments.
