"COLLINGHAM, a parish in the West Riding of Yorkshire, near Wetherby, was let formerly to the abbess of Kirkstall, who paid 90 l. a year for it to the exchequer. Sir Tho. Holland, afterwards Earl of Kent, had it afterwards by marriage of a lady, who surviving him, married the Black Prince Edward."
