I give and bequeth to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor and one of the 24 of the Township
of KIRKBY MALZEARD and their successors
for the time being FOREVER the annual sum
of TWO POUNDS, to be distributed by them
on the Sixteenth day of July in every year,
amongst Twenty poor Women of the said
Township. The payment of such annuity
to become due and payable on the First day
of July, and the first distribution thereof
to commence on the Sixteenth day of July,
next after the decease of my said Husband.
