The Will of Richard Banke, of Leeds, dated 11th August 1498, orders his body "to be buried in the parish
church of Leeds, ather in the Trinity qwher or els negh the same qwher on the west party, as easfully
may be soferd." John Banke was his son and heir, and he had other sons. - Peers,
Robert, and Edmond. [Test. Ebor., iv. 148].
