Debts &c. To Rosamond, my wife, my lease, &c., in messuage and lands thereto, in Bramley,
now in my occupation. To Francis Atkinson, son of John Atkinson, one close called "low rigge",
for all the term of years to expire, now in my occupation; so long as the said Rosamond, my wife,
keep the said Francis, and they agree well together, she to have the said close, paying the rent
&c. If they disagree, William Goodall, my brother, to have the said close, for the for the profit of
the said Francis A. To Nicholas, my brother, my best lether cote. Poor of Bramley, 8s. 2d.
To the mending of the Outgange [the way to Kirstall], 3s. 4d. William, my brother, to have half
my goods; and my wife the other half; William to give 5£. to Nicholas, and 20s. to George G.,
Susan G., and Alice G., children of Thomas Goodall, my brother, deceased, to be divided among
them. To Margaret G., of Bramley, 14s. 8d. To the son of Richard G., my brother, 3s. 4d.
Brother William, and wife Rosamond, executors. Witnesses - Robert Wrosse, of Bramley, Thomas
Pepper, of the same, and others.
