SHEFFIELD -TABERNACLE.
(CONGREGATIONAL.) -
This chapel was opened March 52, 1862. The cost of its erection was £2,700. The Rev. R. M. Macbrair removed here with his congregation from Lee-croft chapel.
- 1862. Rev. R. MACBRAIR, M.A., (Edinburgh Univ.). He subsequently became pastor of the congregation at Broom Park.
- 1864. Rev. J. NEWSHOLME (Airedale). Ordained Sept 20. Mr. N. is the present minister (in 1868).
