"WRAGBY, a parish in the W.R. of Yorkshire."


"NOSTOL HALL, in the parish of Wragby, in the West Riding of Yorkshire, to the S. E. of Wakefield, had formerly a priory, was the seat of the Gargraves in the 16th century, and now Sir John Wynne's. The Went r. rises from a pool near it."
