Transmitter/Receiver Type TR9J.

This unit was developed by the Plessey Company in the mid 1930s and was used on many aircraft types up to and into WWII to
provide short range HF communications.
It was mainly superceded by the T1154/T1155 combination and other types as the war progressed.
